A nice pair of early war Guernsey ration books belonging to husband & wife.
The first belonging to ‘Alice DUPORT’of Auckland, Vale, Guernsey and the other ‘Hedley DUPORT’ also of Auckland, Vale, Guernsey.
The one for Mr Hedley DUPORT is dated 1940 so a nice early war example in mint condition with some lovely food retailers hand written on the inside cover, (G.W Symons Butchers of St Sampsons etc)
The one for Mrs Alice DUPORT is not date stamped on the front however on the inside cover next to the sugar retail it is hand written 23/11/39.
This is a lovely pairing and piece of real Channel Islands history.
